The Part Reflects the Whole #10
So we talked about billions of galaxies and how the human mind cannot comprehend this magnitude. If I start counting now I might not even long live enough to count up to 400 billion, it’s easy to say...
The mass of the Sun today is 1 million 303 thousand times greater than the Earth.
So here we are uttering these enormous figures, talking about immeasurable immensities but then we say, “It is NOTHING in the sight of Allah!”
We’re talking boundless greatness and grandeur but then Allah says, “I could not fit anywhere except the heart of my servant, the believer”...
How are we to understand this? Looking at it from the perspective of matter, we have enormous maps of the universe today but they are unable to calculate the vastness and magnitude of the universe, because nobody has actually gone out and measured it, it’s not something one can measure with a measuring tape! And you can’t build a machine, a space ship and go out and explore the universe either.
Obviously then there is a message here that’s beyond matter and physics. But how it is that the One who ‘can’t fit anywhere’ is able ‘fit in the heart of a believer’ how is this to be understood?
01:19 As we mentioned a little earlier, the word ‘heart’ actually denotes ‘consciousness’, its not a physical object, the body is going to deteriorate away under the earth, neither the physical heart or the liver or kidney etc. are going to remain...
02:39 It is what Allah wills to manifest through you, and thus the natural disposition (fitrah) He formed for you, the program of your brain, this is how I put it...
03:56 Awareness is the experiencing of Oneness, which is what He is already doing. But in order to manifest His different names ‘multiplicity’ is necessary. Multiplicity stems from the Name ‘al-Mudhill’. Existence comes about from the name al-Mudhill...
05:02 Allah manifests with His name al-Hadi and thus the state we call ‘sainthood’ is formed. This topic is quite long so I’ll cut it short... the point is, ‘Allah’ is a ‘proper name’ and it references a specific meaning. He who can truly articulate ‘Allah’ will eventually enter Paradise. One who believes this will enter Paradise.
05:52 The holographic principle or the reality of the universe as a hologram also states that “all of the qualities in the whole are present in every iota of existence”...
